Schematic Symbol Library Creation and Maintenance

We provide schematic symbol creation in both Cadence® OrCAD® or PCad® platforms.

Footprint Creation

We provide footprint creation in OrCad, PCad and Allegro platforms. Our footprints are created using SMTPlus® standard land patterns when they exist, the manufacturers recommended land pattern or IPC-SM-782A standard class 2*.

Design Layout Services

• Mechanical Drawing Creation in AutoCad® (dwg or dxf format)
• IDF files for mechanical interchange with programs like PCBto3D®
• Hand placement to IPC-A-610C class 2*
• Hand routing in accordance to IPC-A-600F class 2*
• Auto routing using Allegro Router© (formerly Specctra© autorouter)
• Controlled Impedance calculations using the Allegro setup adviser
• Design Rules Driven for controlled impedance routing, differential pair routing, matched length and cross talk etc.
• In circuit testing (ICT) implementation (must be supported from the schematic).
